Questions about pricing and the trial
How does the 14-day trial work?
You pick a plan and can set up and use everything for 14 days – no credit card needed. To keep going, add a payment method and the subscription starts at the price you chose. Otherwise your website pauses automatically after the trial – no costs, no subscription risk.
Can I cancel or switch plans at any time?
Yes. The monthly plan can be cancelled every month, and you can move to a bigger or smaller plan at any time. The yearly plan runs for one year and costs 10 monthly payments.
Do you take a commission on orders?
No, never. You only pay the fixed monthly or yearly price. Every order, at the table or online, stays entirely yours.
How do my guests pay?
Today on site: TWINT, card or cash – at the door for delivery, at the counter for pickup, at the till for table orders. Online payment via Stripe (card, TWINT) is in development and coming soon.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on the Website + Online Ordering and Full plans. You connect your domain with one DNS record; the SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically.
Which receipt printers work?
Star printers with CloudPRNT and Epson printers with Server Direct Print print straight from the network, no PC needed. USB or PC printers connect with a pairing code, and Sunmi devices are supported too. You can set it up yourself.
Which languages does the system support?
Menu, ordering pages and admin are available in German, English, French and Italian.
Is there a setup fee?
No. You set up your menu, design, printers and domain yourself in the setup wizard. The monthly price is all you pay.
